At BW Bluegum Motel, our number one priority is the well-being, health and safety of our guests and team members. In order to secure just that, we have set-up procedures, plans and routines in place, so that all of our guests can feel safe when staying at or visiting our motel.
At our motel, hygiene and cleanliness are always prioritized. In fact, we are one of the world’s cleanest Best Western properties based on customer feedback even before the Corona Virus took hold in many countries.
What we do at our motel for securing the safety of our guest:
We follow the guidelines and recommendations of Federal, State and local authorities.
All staff are healthy and are vigilant in their hygiene and social distancing practices.
TV and aircon remotes are provided in sealed bags and are disinfected after every guest.
Arriving guests are given a room that hasn’t been occupied by another guest the previous night (at a minimum).
We are using hospital grade disinfectant on all surfaces.
We are spring cleaning our rooms after every guest so all bedding (including decorative items are laundered) and aircon and bathroom filters/fans are cleaned/sanitised.
Room service meals (breakfast and dinner) are cooked onsite and delivered to your room. Quality produce is bought by the best local suppliers. Only one person is preparing the food and a separate person is cleaning up.
The BW Bluegum is open and operating as normal, and with safety as our main priority and we are taking every precaution in order for our guests to feel safe when staying or visiting our Motel.
